- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Alliance Real Estate is without a doubt the worst property management company I've dealt with. They took all of our $2,875 deposit and then sent an itemization for another $1107, I'm currently in an ongoing dispute and they take 5+ days to reply to any emails and they rarely answer their phones. I've had to physically come to the office on multiple occasions just to get an answer. Then they give me some "that's not my department" bs. DON'T BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!
